Tuyeres

Tuyeres, aka, nozzles are the tip of the air delivery system in your gasifier. They are subjected to temperatures up to 1400 degrees centigrade. Cheap nozzles will burn out in a few hundred hours and leave you to tear down your unit for replacement. Plumbing parts are not a good option. Our tuyeres are machined and built specifically for us and for use in high quality gasifiers. You won’t find these anywhere else. Stainless steel construction. They fit standard 1/2″ pipe couplings. With simple shop tools the average guy or gal can drill them out to a larger size or cut them shorter to meet their needs.
